Hotel was nice , in nice area Sofa bed could do with updating it was like sleeping on the floor Communication between the hotel and hotels.com needs to be improved. I purchased a pay on arrival, but I was emailed while at the airport asking for payment , to be told my accommodation will be cancelled if not paid with in 2 hours, this is not good customer service.

Great apartment

Great place to be. The apartment was lovely and clean and with few steps to the swimming pool. The staff was very lovely and helpful with everything we need. They kept our bags our last day and they offered us their courtesy room for a shower before to take our plane. I recommend this place with 5 starts. I will definitely be back.

First time staying at Plaza Azul, spotlessly clean, good house keeping services throughout. Apartments are well equipped, everything you need for doing your own food if required. All the staff were amazing & helpful all the way. Good secure safe in the apartment & very cheap price for key rental. The pool & outside bar area was always spotlessly clean & well attended by staff. Plenty of sunbeds at all times of the day. Very well situated for taxis, local buses & excursion pick ups & of course really close the the main big beaches & bars & restaurants in Puerto Del Carmen.
