Our charming and centrally located home is a perfect place to stay in Lansing. Three cozy bedrooms can sleep 4, and there is enough space for you and your entire group to rest and relax.
Lugnuts Stadium, Lansing Marketplace, Durant Park, Frandor Shopping Center, and other hotspots are minutes away.
The highlight of our property is our enclosed back porch and outdoor backyard with a BBQ Grill.
Our house is your home away from your home, where you will experience your home's warmth, privacy, and comfort.

BEWARE...Looks great online BUT this is an old, mildewy house not in a great area of Lansing. Broken up, shared driveway. Opening door, hit with overpowering, nauseating smell of cheap potpourri & mildew. Floors looked clean, area rugs are filthy. Kitchen counter was clean but the cupboards were not. Some had old crumbs & had not been cleaned out. Paint was just slapped on walls w/o taking care.Living room light didn't work. Stairs were sloppily DIY floored. We had reservations for 6. But only saw 5 beds. It worked out only b/c one adult couldn't come with us. We were only given 3 bath towels. No extra anywhere. 1 window AC downstairs in dining room. 1 window AC in one of the bedrooms. The other two bedrooms had fans. One fan did not work. Last night there was quite uncomfortable. Mattresses were ok. But queen mattress had a full plastic cover which was super noisy when anyone moved. Dresser in room with queen bed smells too strongly of mothballs (camphor) to make it usable. Some of blinds in bedrooms were broken. Most windows couldn't close & lock. One was broken. Window in stairway not installed properly w/ gaps btwn it & wall open to the outdoors. No smoke alarms in one bedroom. Basement so full of mold/mildew we shut door & never used laundry. Bed/bath doors unable to close properly. Poorly cared furniture. Our worst rental ever.For reference, we are just regular, middle class. Not expecting much. Just a safe, clean, well-kept place. This place was sub-par.

Lovely space!

The property was great for our family! Really close to a lot of little things to do and playgrounds! Had comfortable beds and enough space for my Husband, four children and I. Host was really accommodating and responded to any concerns or questions we had, Thank you!

This property was very clean and neat. The host responded very quickly. They even left games, coloring books and a basket full of snacks for the kids. What a great touch I would rent again, hands-down.
