Upon check in, we were told hot water was limited, they said if hot water didn’t come out try again in 10 minutes. We tried to shower 6different times and were unable to get any hot water. Secondly we checked in 3 hours past Check in time, and when we go to our room the door was propped open and housekeeping had not finished the room. There were no sheets on the bed linens by the door (And had left for the day). Thankfully the nice person at the front desk had another room to put us into. They moved us

Main reason we stayed here was for the jacuzzi tubs. Our tub shot out a bunch of disgusting chunks of whatever is left in unwashed jacuzzi jets and we had to jump out and after multiple fills/runs/rinses, it still let out more stuff into the tub. Please don't use jacuzzi without checking for this!

Mediocre hotel, but friendly staff

Hotel had great reviews, so we booked our overnight stay here. Front desk person was very nice, friendly and helpful at check-in. Our room left a lot to be desired. The chair had a burn hole in it, the fan motor on the heater was so loud it was hard to sleep, the bathroom sink was clogged beyond belief, the bathrub faucet was rusted, the remote to the tv didn't and the overall quality of the room was just ok. I think the review when I booked said 8.7 stars and I think 6 is probably more accurate.

GREAT Hotel, GREAT Service, & GREAT Stay

It was WONDERFUL! It ALWAYS is when we take a trip away to this hotel. This is our go to place to just escape the hustle & bustle of busy life. We LOVE this hotel & it's service! Especially the older gentleman that assist with keeping the continental breakfast stocked up in the mornings. My children thank him every time for his amazing hard work.
