Clean and convenient

Exactly as advertised...AND MORE!

Our family came together for the funeral of a beloved Uncle. We found healing at this home. The mornings were so peaceful sitting in the cozy living room with the fireplace on, playing with the kids and watching the colorful leaves fall. We even took advantage of the fire pit out back to make s'mores and just laugh and be together. Very relaxing. And the communication with the owner was seamless. The experience was everything I had hoped for. Truly a blessing.

All Time Favorite

First of all, this was a three night stay for a horse show at TIEC We pulled up after dark to find an awesome driveway that wraps around the back of the house and has plenty of room for our large truck that we didn’t have to turn around! It was easy to park close to the steps and unload our stuff onto the wide porch. The key pad and David’s instructions were flawless and we got right in. The house was like the pictures - open and uncluttered and bright and spacious. No moving people’s decorations to put your stuff down. Everything was super easy to deal with. Instructions left in the house were clear and concise. It was set up as though they really thought about what people really need when they travel. The dishes and mugs were tasteful and happy, the bedding was generous and comfy. There were permanent refillable bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body soap that would put most hotels to shame. There was no indication whatsoever of the religious or political affiliation of the owner. It was pristine without being sparse. The feeling you get from the space is: “You are welcome here; we are glad you came; we set this up for you to be comfortable.” I hate that I told you all how great this place is because I’d like it to be available next time I come! But the owners deserve it for doing such a great job.

Magnolia Cottage

The cottage was clean, well arranged and nicely appointed. The location is convenient to the interstate and downtown Landrum. Owners of the property provided information relevant to access, use of home amenities and storage of additional linens and supplies. The only unexpected is that we learned it is a shared space when awakened early in the morning by someone entering the lower exterior entrance. The two spaces are separated by a keypad.
