Basic hotel offering small basic rooms with a good breakfast, car park a few hundred yards walk. Bar service spoilt with loud music, we asked if they could change the TV channel & they did but put sub titles on & kept the loud music going. Drove us to have an early night. Our room bathroom was not that clean. It was ok for one night but we would not use this hotel for anything longer.

However the breakfast was embrassing even Blackpool’s stray dogs would have turned their nose up at it. It was not fried bread it was drowned bread. It was by far the worst sausages, if you could even call them that, I have ever seen, or tasted. VILE The scrambled egg, if it was EGG ? they forgot to scramble, it’s could only be described as an off white solid, it think it even winked at me !! Our toilet and the next door toilet took around 3 hours to refill, which was really annoying. However Blackpool was fun.

The hotel is very friendly nothing to much trouble, the breakfast is very good and if you want anything different they Will do it, definitely come back here again the hotel is not far from the front and i am disabled and nothing was to much trouble, the rooms are clean and comfortable,Will definitely tell my friends about this hotel thank you for a lovely time.

Stayed for a weekend with group of 16 for a hen do. Great central location, and lots of room in the bar. They were happy for us to bring our own food in during the day and eat in the bar area. All of the staff were really helpful. Parked at the back of the hotel, there is a charge and not that many spaces, so try and limit the number of cars you take. I missed breakfast but it was full english, freshly made to order and the rest of the girls said it was great! They also offered us a late check out at 2pm for £10 extra, which I thought was a great deal. Rooms were a bit on the small side (you would not want to spend that much time in them!), but they were clean, had great showers and a decent nights sleep as was quiet at night.

Due to the adverse weather caused by The Beast from the East my mother and I were snowed in and couldn’t leave the house for five days. I had booked for us to see Brendan Cole in the winter gardens in Blackpool on the 1st March 2018. I knew we wouldn’t be able to get there the day befor the show so I had to cancel the show and the Lawton too in the hope we would get a full refund as I’d given plenty of warning we couldn’t go as w3 couldn5 get out of our house because of the snow! I managed to get a full refund on the Brendan Cole show but The Lawton just told me, via that “it’s not in their policy to give refunds”. So effectively they have stolen £55.00 from me as we didn’t even get to the hotel because of the snow and didn’t sleep in their room. I won’t be booking here again and I’ll tell anyone I know who visit Blackpool not to book this hotel. It’s disgusting they haven’t given a full refund because it wasn’t our fault we couldn’t get there, it was in the mercy of the gods who sent these adverse weather conditions and we were snowed into our house. Disgusting and unprofessional behaviour from The Lawton

Found this little place at the last minute. Dog friendly but still nice and clean. Bedroom was a good size, ensuite a little small but adequate. Friendly host, well stocked and cheap bar downstairs where my little dog was welcomed. Good value for cheap price

my son booked this hotel as an anniversary present , typical blackpool hotel , its in the process of getting refurbished , 125 for 2 nights wasn't expecting much , ok the room was a bit dated the staff were lovely breakfast was good (seved very fast as for the car park yes it was on the next block but it wasn't far to walk , yes id go back again

Not a bad hotel ,good parking did not have to pay as changed to sister hotel whilst decorating and upgraded to a bigger family room, was happy until during the night the radiator suddenly made a terrible noise just like a tractor starting, getting louder by the minute so loud I bet the next room heard it! we could do nothing but put it on as it had been off so very hot during the night, but noise stopped, then the toilet started to drip the whole plumbing system needs seeing to, so bad nights very noisy, needs a new mattress as sinking in the middle, good points were the lovely staff serving us for breakfast could not do enough for us and very nice breakfast, friendly people running hotel , but would not stay again, too noisy for us sorry

Hotel was clean as were the rooms. Breakfast was lovely. Freshly made..grease free plate and poached eggs were Perfect ! Thankyou. All staff were friendly and polite generally however the Restaurant staff were attentive and ensured that everyone enjoyed the Breakfast experience all be it a brief part of the stay. Overall what it says on the tin is what you get.

we stayed here over the weekend for one night, the staff were friendly and helpful. The bar area was nice and clean as was the dining room, breakfast was very good, staff again were excellent. The only thing that let this place down was the room, it was really cold even with the heating on, as were only there for one night it was not too much of a problem. There was a crack in the bathroom sink and the shower could do with a bit of a more clean. The beds were comfy and the room itself was clean. overall nice hotel great location and staff
