The house dates back to the 17th century and was renovated in 2014 with great attention to detail and original building elements by the owners, who live in the other semi-detached house. The natural property, of which 100 square meters are available for your sole use, also offers you a private pool with loungers and parasols. The beautifully landscaped entrance area impresses with a wonderful panoramic view over the surrounding vineyards and olive groves as far as Vinci. The owner warmly invites you to a dinner with Tuscan specialties.

Nice villa

Whilst we had a good holiday and the house was nice and good hosts, there are a couple of short comings when travelling with children. The listing does not state that the first floor bedroom is accessed externally and not directly linked to ground floor. This therefore meant our son could not be left in the ground or first floor bedroom alone. The listing needs to be more accurate, we probably won’t have booked if we had known. Also whilst pool was nice, no shallow end therefore our son could not stand in pool and play. Finally, an information folder with local information and recommendations would be helpful

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Wunderschönes Häuschen, alles dort wird wirklich mit liebe gepflegt und das sieht man. Die gastgeber waren soo freundlich und haben uns gegen ein faires Entgeld bekocht , es war sooo lecker . Der pool ist top. Wir können nichts negatives sagen ausser dass es bei uns unten phme klima wirklich sehr heiss war , die Räume oben haben eine klima. Man ist auf jeden fall auf ein Auto angewiesen .

Gut gelegenes Ferienhaus. Zentral gelegen zwischen den verschiedenen Städten (Firenz, Lucca, Siena,...). Freundliche und gastfreundliche Besitzer - außerhalb des touristischen Zentrums in einem ländlichen Dorf in einer ruhigen Straße gelegen.Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass der Kühlschrank nicht richtig funktionierte. Der Gefrierschrank hatte Kühlschranktemperatur.Im zusätzlichen Schlafzimmer gab es einen Tischkühlschrank.
