Our home features three separate bedrooms, two living rooms with split-air conditioners, two bathrooms with heat lamps, an internal laundry, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.

We also offer a double lock-up garage with remote control door.

With two distinct living zones, our house offers plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. Kids will love having their own dedicated living area, while adults can enjoy the peace and quiet in the other living room.

We've equipped our home with all the modern amenities you could need, including a 65 inch smart TV in the downstairs living room and another LED TV in the upstairs living room. With NBN-enabled free WIFI available throughout the house, you can stay connected and entertained during your stay. Feel free to log in to your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other streaming media accounts and watch your favourite movies and shows on the big screen.

Our kitchen is fully-equipped. You'll find everything from utensils and pots to an air fryer, pancake maker and sandwich press. If you're a coffee lover, you'll appreciate the convenience of our Philips Lor coffee machine with a milk frother and coffee press. For your convenience, we also provide a rice cooker, coffee grinder, water jug with a filter plastic plates, bowls and cups for kids.

In addition to the comfortable bedrooms, our living room features a daybed and a sofa bed that pulls out easily into a double bed, providing additional sleeping options.

In order to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests, we provide a range of amenities including bed linen, bath towels, basic toiletries, dishwashing tablets, detergents, tea towels, tea, coffee, and drinking chocolate. Our home is meticulously maintained and features exquisite furniture, décor, and ample natural light throughout. Additionally, all beds come equipped with doonas, doona covers, pillows, and electric blankets for guests who may be sensitive to the cold during winter months. For those who desire extra warmth, we suggest bringing additional blankets to ensure maximum comfort.

For guests who prefer a larger bed, we offer the option to merge the two single beds in bedroom 3. To ensure your preferred bedding arrangement is ready upon your arrival, kindly make your request in advance. We are happy to accommodate your needs and make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Our accommodation boasts two well-appointed bathrooms, both of which feature cosy heat lamps to keep you warm and comfortable during the colder months. The upstairs bathroom includes a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring. Additionally, we provide high-quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash to ensure that you have everything you need to feel refreshed and rejuvenated.

Our laundry facilities include a washer-dryer combo and we provide laundry powder, clothes airer, iron, and ironing board.

**To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests we kindly ask you to follow these rules.

1. No seafood cleaning inside the house. Please do not clean seafood inside the house as this can create unpleasant doors that are difficult to remove.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
3. No pets allowed.
4. We kindly ask our guests to help us maintain a clean and tidy environment by following the general cleaning procedures outlined in the guest information folder.
5. To keep our floors hygienic, we request that all guests leave their footwear outside the house or in the garage.
