Overall the house is in a nice area and the outdoor living area is wonderful. The “manual” binders for the house were also the most comprehensive I have ever seen, which is appreciated.However, we had several significant issues with this property and the poor/nonexistent communication with the owners. Emails sent to owners up to one day prior to check in were ignored. We finally did get information on how to get into the property.The first evening we discovered that the hot water to the kitchen sink was not working. No response from the owner.The next day we discovered that the dishwasher was not working and not draining. Still no response from the owner.We basically spent the entire time having to boil water/haul hot water to the kitchen in order to wash dishes. I have waited 10 days for responses from the owner and VRBO but have yet to receive anything so I am now leaving this review.You should also note that the AC is not working to the upstairs loft room. There is a portable unit, which was fine for us being February. However, I would be concerned in hotter months. There is also visible black mold coming out of the ceiling vent upstairs.The kitchen hot water and dishwasher issues were an enormous inconvenience which we would have accepted had there been ANY response and apology and attempt at repair. The absolute lack of response, even now, leads me to tell you to look elsewhere for your rental.
