This unit has a nice location but it was tiny in space. The bathroom was cramped, the bedrooms had hardly enough room between the bed and the walls to get around. Appliances are the cheapest they could buy. The microwave worked on and off at times, the toaster was hard to control. The hot water in the shower was excellent. the view was awesome. The beds were OK. We slept pretty well on them.

Would like to have daily room cleaning and towel service. They will only provide new linens and towels once a week and they come in a large plastic bag. It's up to you to change your own sheets and replace all of your towels. Also, for those who want car access to your room, this is not the place. There are several flights of stairs one must travel to get to your room. Very exhausting at time, especially when moving in for the week with your luggage.

The resort is dated and is in need for update. First time a resort offers a crock pot ( although it is an old model without timer) in the unit. A big plus if you want to dine in. Location is great- Heavenly ski resort is close by.

My family had the pleasure of staying in Geoholiday in summit village, just a short drive from the main strip and gondola in Stateline, NV. Prime location for the active family. This paired with the superb service from the Geoholiday staff made our stay perfect. You could say some of the appliances are outdated, but operable. The local businesses were also very welcoming. We’ll certainly be going back.

The staff there were extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our visit. We used the fitness center that the property partnered with and it was a great experience. The staff at the fitness center was excellent.

Nice place on the mountain but a bit remote. Buses were OK with the heavenly resort but the city ones not reliable Place was clean and fine just the Jacuzzi tub and the shower we’re old and need replacing or fixing

The resort is in good shape but is old and dated. It needs some updating. I exchanged a lovely, modern condo that is upgraded every few years for this old 60"s condo. The staff is great and very helpful. Very close to a ski lift.

The location is good if you are skiing at Heavenly. You are right down the street from the Stagecoach lift and less than a mile drive to the Boulder lift. The Boulder lift has easier parking. The unit was clean but in desperate need of updating. The furniture and beds are incredibly uncomfortable and appear to be from the 80's. The hot tub in the community center was nice, but our daughter was badly injured because the filter was not screwed down properly.

Close to lifts so can walk when car buried in snow . Staff very helpful. Rooms clean, jacuzzi awesome, donhave to climb steps since no elevator . Also you need add or 4x4 for this resort in winter or you may not be able to park!!!

When making reservations for our ski trip to Heavenly, I had a choice between a boutique hotel closer to town, or Perennial Vacation Club in the village on the mountain. Because this was a ski vacation, we were more interested in staying on the mountain, closer to the lifts, so we opted for The Perennial Vacation Club and we did not regret our decision! Yes, the facility is somewhat dated, but it was clean, very quiet, well stocked and all appliances were functional. And the staff was very friendly. Yes, we had to climb a few flights of stairs every day to get to our room, but as skiers, we gladly accept the additional workout. Because Perennial Vacation Club is on the Summit Village Loop, the very short drive to Stagecoach Lift was seen as an added bonus. Overall, we loved it here in this beautiful location, away from the crowds in town!
