we stay for 3 nites and was never told the hot spa will not work before and after our reservation until we try to use it Saturday nite after long days of helping friend packed and loading into truck. when we found out after fill the tub with water and was exciting to use it until my husband struggling to figure out why it won't work to get the massage water running. next morning I ask the front desk if there something wrong thats when I was told the machine took out seem not just one room but allllll rooms. its like they are asking us to use hot spa outside when we are exhausted not want to deal with changing cloth every nite after long day. really??? if they had told us its not working I would have look elsewhere, disappointed.
We stayed me & my wife at the Tahoe Seasons Resort From October-5 to October-8 room #439 Us I know all hotel and motel have a daily cleaner and set up the room , for us NEVR seen any body come and clean the room or set up the bed or take the dirty towels or any kind of service at all for the time we stay , the room was small NOT healthy. And they consider this is a hotel And they are trying to sale you a TIME SHARE For what it’s rip off , The enter net connection was so weak I had to go to the Lobby to get connected, this is my first and last time I would stay at this terrible hotel ZERO star ⭐️ Laith Istifan
Spent one night. Heater would not work despite workman looked at it. Worked out ok b/c weather cool not cold and the fireplace heated the room nicely. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Shower/soaking tub was unique and was told they would be replaced soon. Did not use the microwave. Used the DVD which was a nice amenity. Had coffee which paid for but did not stay for breakfast. Valet mandatory but free. Very nice lobby to hang out. We read for awhile by the fireplace.
We had tickets for Dave Matthews and had to grab a hotel at the last minute. Price was good for a last minute reservation. Great location, kind staff. Would stay again. The only thing that was weird was the shower/tub in the middle of the room with shutters for doors. That was really odd. There was a sign about upgrading though.
The service at the resort is excellent. The room I stayed in had double or queen bed with a table and chairs and gas fireplace, a nice living room area with a sofa with a pull-out bed, and a very deep tub that you had to climb in and out of. (The tub was the only thing that I did not like.)
Lovely entrance, enjoyed your Décor in the lobby. The fireplace is awesome and so are the rustic tables by the sofa's , just my taste. The staff is great. I wish they had a Breakfast room. Close to many great places to eat, but you do need a car. I would come back again. We had a very nice time there.
The reviews I read made me a little nervous before we arrived. My family and I had the best experience and time at the resort. The rooms were huge and there was plenty of room for everyone (5 in our family). The staff was very nice. The pool and jacuzzi where clean and wonderful to come back too after a day of hiking or cold lake swimming. A huge hit was the roof top area. I did not realize how fun this would be. Most days we end up and played games. All free! We played tennis, pickle ball, shuffle board and corn hole. My boys loved it!! So beautiful up there too with the view of heavenly mountain. The only negative was that we spent a fortune on tips to the valet drivers. Of course our choice but coming in and out so many times made for a pricey tip budget! It wasn’t required but felt obligated too, they were so nice. A wonderful time I hope to return some day.
Loved the pool and hot tub. Lots of seating area in the lobby to read a book, watch TV, have a cup of coffee. Rooms are different, step up into bathroom, step down into bedroom. Stepping over sidewall and down into 4 person tub to take a shower is not easy but shower was nice. Microwave, small coffee pot, and small fridge was nice. Even had a few plastic plates, bowls, and silverware to start you out. Small store on-site with snacks, microwaveable food, beer, and wine. Beautiful place, friendly staff.
To take a shower you have to stand in a jacuzzi that doesn't work and hold a hand held wand. the most outdated place I have ever been. Needs to be totally remodeled. For privacy you needed to close wooden shutters that does not block noise from adjoining sitting room.
The place is fine. But not a good location for a summer trip. You must drive everywhere. Which with valet parking is ackward. You are constantly tipping the valets. I would be okay in winter as close to gondola.
