Host was welcoming, house was nice and plenty of space for everyone. Just far enough away from lake placid to relax, but not too far to make it tedious. What a find! A cozy, clean, comfortable, and welcoming spot to rest our heads while touring Lake Placid. The house was spotless, the host was responsive and helpful. Loved the earmarked restaurant guide, the cozy throw blankets, well stocked kitchen, and sparkling windows so we could appreciate the beautiful outdoor view. Highly recommend!!

This was a great rental for our family of six for the weekend. There was plenty of room for us and our four grown children. The house is very comfortable and cozy and has everything you could need other than your personal belongings. The wood-burning fireplace was a great bonus to have on the very cold weekend we were up there. I would recommend this house to anybody looking for a nice rental in a quiet neighborhood at an affordable price.
