Welcome to the 'Serene Shores' at Southwood Shores! This 2-bedroom condo is a beautiful, family-friendly waterfront home centrally located on the beautiful horseshoe bend!
2 bdrm/2 bath with a beautiful kitchen and full furnishings!

The complex features an indoor AND outdoor pools along with an indoor hot tub making this the perfect destination year round! There is also a playground on site for the kids to enjoy

Less than a 10-minute drive from groceries, shopping, and restaurants!! The main strip of Bagnell Dam is close by as well, offering even more options for shopping, eating, boat rentals, and more!

Boat slip available for a nightly fee.

All of the beds are comfortable. Everything you need for cooking is available in the kitchen which includes a large fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and more.
The outdoor deck provides beautiful lakefront views and includes a new high-end dining area and BBQ grill!

Additionally, a VERY unique feature of this complex in the on-site boat launch ramp AND on-site trailer parking! No need to find a spot down the lake to launch your boat & store your trailer!

You will have access to the whole space. It is a private unit and no other guests will have access. You will be able to use a private washer and dryer, private patio, and all spaces in the condo.

We are in the heart of Horse Shoe bend. There are grocery stores, parks, shopping, and restaurants within a few minutes of the property.
