We have stayed at Appel Valley Villas a couple times now. Even though the space is small, there’s everything you need. We did notice that the comforter needed to be washed and there were extra pillows but no pillow cases, otherwise no real issues. We will be coming back to visit soon.

The condo was basically as advertised, except no soap or shampoo was provided. Despite being non-smoking the condo had a faint cigarette smell. Otherwise good for the price.

This place had some bad reviews on other sites, but we had a nice peaceful time. This was a just a quick decompressing trip for me and my husband. We stayed at Apple valley villa 47 and it was clean and quiet. They have their on little convience store for the tenants, indoor heated pool and hot tub, outdoor activities and access to the lake with a small beach. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. We will visit again.
