The entire first floor smells heavily moldy and misty.

Key Issues:    1.    Water Damage Odor First floor of the home was saturated with the order of water damage. The smell was overwhelming.    2.    Broken or Non-Functional DoorsMany interior doors, including those for the bedrooms and bathrooms.     3.    Broken Bed FrameOne of the beds was physically damaged and unsafe to use for sleeping, causing further discomfort and limiting usable sleeping space.    4.    Non-Functional TelevisionThe television in one of the rooms was not working, which detracted further from the stay and contradict

Roomy and Bright

This house has plenty of beds and room for a really large group. It is comfortable with lots of windows to let in natural light and we enjoyed watching the deer walking around the property. The gas fireplaces are a big plus and the location was excellent for our ski trip. The house itself is fairly basic. If amenities aren't listed, assume they aren't included. Sam responded quickly to questions and arranged for someone to come and put stone dust on the icy driveway, which made our stay much safer.
