The property was just fine. The staff was polite and friendly. I had reserved a King Room, and upon entering the room I was given, I was completely disappointed when I found 2 double beds. When I brought this to the desk clerk's attention, he said there were no King Rooms available. If the room I reserved was not available, why was I not informed prior to my arrival? I would have made other plans. On an anniversary trip, my husband and I had to sleep separately. After using Orbitz for over 20 years, I'm wondering if reservations through this organization can be trusted.
