We stayed at this hotel for one night. The options in the area were very limited due to a car show happening. The hotel room was dated and smelled funk(pretty sure previous guests were smoking in our room). I didn’t feel it was dirty but I also wasn’t about to use the shower there either. The staff was very friendly and helpful but I wouldn’t stay there again if I had another option, especially given the price point.

We had a really nice stay at the hotel. Although the hotel is old, it is clean and has everything that you need for a great stay. The staff is really kind and helpful. The breakfast is decent and has several options for everyone.

Overall, my partner and I had a nice stay. The hotel is conveniently located to downtown Glens Falls as well as the Lake George area. The breakfast had all the essentials and was a great start in the morning, and while the hallways are rooms are a bit dated, everything was clean and the staff was great. Use caution, however, getting in/out of the bathtub as the handle was loose and the floor was slippery, and a few more hooks/towel holders would be helpful. Other than that though, everything else was great.

I would never stay at this hotel again. It needs a major renovation. Our room had a huge tear in the carpet and smelt very musty.

I'm surprised it got as many stars as it has. It's a pretty shabby place. The room was dirty, garbage BEHIND the garbage can in the bathroom, drawers that don't close, no safe, no real closet, terrible lighting. Does not seem like a safe place to stay.
