5 BR, 3 Bath, 10 beds plus trundle and pull out sofa.
We offer direct waterfront with all you may need for fun water sports. Bring your own boat or jet skis and launch it from the direct and private access. The docks are perfect to get into the provided kayaks or canoes! Enjoy fishing off the dock or use it as perfect oasis for your morning coffee. We have everything you may need from oars to lifejackets.
If water sports aren't for you we offer tons of fun on land. Lounge in one of the many hammocks with a good book. Have a late night fire at any one of the firepits: wood or gas! The covered porch and gazebo, both with stellar views of the water, are a perfect place to enjoy a meal cooked on the provided grill or blackstone griddle. There are tons of outdoor games to play with the whole family including: volleyball, horse shoes, kan jam, and bocci!
If you're looking for a spa experience you cannot miss out on the hot tub! It's privately located only steps from the back door.
A rainy day at this home is nothing to be upset about. Spend a day in the game room which includes, skee ball, ping pong, foosball, pool, darts, board games, cards, movies, karaoke and so much more.

Lake George-2025
We had a great time. The property has plenty of space. We had 12 people including a couple of teenagers and everyone was able to find a spot so they could have some alone time, and also space for family fun.Plenty of linens, towels and dinnerware, and a couple of added extras that were very much appreciated. Between the stove, grill and Blackstone we had no problems feeding everyone. It is a quiet neighborhood right on the river and about 20 minutes from Lake George and all the beaches, docks, shops and restaurants. We were able to swim, fish and kayak right out the backyard.
