The appearance of the hotel outside look a little bit like motel. The parking is good. Inside lobby the young lady she is very kind. The dinner area is very good and have various options for breakfast like, cold cereal,waffles ( you have to make your own waffles hot and fresh). hot scrambled eggs,bagel, cream cheese,jelly,orange juice and apple juice, hot coffee, apples, peanut butter, milk.The bathroom was very clean and clean towels except the ceiling have small mold spot , shower was clean with enough Dove shampoo and conditioner plus body wash.Bedroom was clean and very comfortable bed and pillows good WiFi.

No local knowledge on area, food, restaurants- the map that was on offer at check in related to a town 20 miles away, not the town we were actually staying in! Quite expensive for the standard of accommodation. Looked ok online but what you got wasn’t what they made out you would have. Attitude of the receptionist was extremely poor, she wasn’t at the desk when we arrived, she was cleaning down the corridor, doing too many jobs!

They were putting in door locks on my floor during the day when I was trying to take a nap and kept on waking me up banging on my door to put these locks in and I told them I was sleeping. I’m sorry but that’s unacceptable when you’re renting a room.

This hotel is not at all as advertised. Musky smell throughout the building. The room next door was smelling of smoke. The bed side had stains. The bathroom door had a huge crack/hole in it. The outside side entrance door had a broken lock on both doors allowing anyone to let themselves in which didn’t feel safe. Very dated needs a renovation badly. Went to check out after being there for 15 minutes but the clerk was not available despite myself and others trying to contact the phone number to get service. Utterly ridiculous. Booked another hotel immediately near by. Was very disappointed with this hotel and question all the reviews that are posted and the photos of the hotel for their validity.

Meh! Problem’s ahead.

Killed a couple of roaches in our room. TV remote didn’t work and someone had “jimmy” rigged the unit to keep us from manually turning on/ off and changing channels. Bed was quite hard and lumpy, even with mattress topper. ( trying to improve softness…it didn’t work. Staff at front desk was excellent.

Took 3 times of going to the front desk to get our room keys to work, found a toy in the room so not cleaned very well, tv does not work. Dont answer the phone qhen we tried several times to call the front desk. Was told we could not speak to a manager because the manager is not available until thursday, mind you today is saturday. Not being very cooperative. I am looking for a full refund.
