Clean, family friendly, kitchen was lovely, appliances top quality, which we appreciated. The kitchen had 4 bar stools, there were 6 adults so 2 had to stand when talking or playing games, not a problem for us. There was a couch to seat 4, they did bring 2 outdoor chairs that we placed in the living room, which worked perfectly. The Blank Stone grill was nice and the outdoor yard and furniture was nice. The upstairs apartment was perfect for a young couple to enjoy privacy. The king bed was very comfortable, the two queens I was told not so much. The bunk beds were used instead of one of the queens, but my daughter did use the queen alone on the last night. Recommend queen mattress upgrades.The 1st floor has brick pavers, so crawling toddlers would not work at all, if you have someone unstable, the floor could be a tripping hazard. Parking in front or the back alley was perfect, quiet neighborhood, a couple of dogs next door, some barking, mostly when we were coming or going. Approximately 8 or 9 blocks to downtown, my husband and I walked downtown and along the lake in the morning, peaceful and pleasant. We enjoyed the home and Lake Geneva!
