Large clean room Bathroom nice size Only soap is provided No air conditioning They supply a fan but on a large busy street so with the windows open to get fresh air it is quite noisy until 1:30 AM Helpful staff

Fair location but very poor hotel for the price you pay. Major con: no A/C. Just a small fan that works for 1 of the 3 beds in the room. It was July, so temperature was extremely high. Asked for another fan, but according to hotel staff there is only one per room.

This place has a great location if you're coming to Geneva by train or plane. It's a 2 minute walk from the main train station, 4 minute walk from Lake Geneva, and either a 20 minute walk or a 10 minute bus ride to Old Town Geneva and the Jardin. The place is also unfortunately in the red light area, and seems kind of seedy. The rooms are extremely basic, the lights in the hallways are motion-activated but take a few seconds to come on so sometimes you're in a dark hallway. I booked this hotel because of the advertised airport shuttle. THERE IS NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE. It's a public bus down the block that is free with the hotel bus pass. Sneaky. I thought I could just leave the hotel and go to the airport, but had to lug my stuff down the block (ok, not far, but still!) and up some steps onto a public bus where there was no space to put the luggage during the half hour ride.

Nice location but very noisy. If you a light sleeper you may want to look elsewhere. The breakfast was good with good coffee and friendly staff.

Older hotel with rooms that are large but very dated, no character, old furnishings, no extra. I stayed during late June when weather was warm and humid and the lack of any air conditioning in the room made it hot and stuffy - I opened the window, but then suffered from very high levels of road noise. The bed was overly soft and hard to sleep in. The bathtub has a handheld wand rather than a shower. I paid 10 francs ($10) for use of the Internet but then the internet was down and I could not access email during the visit. The breakfast that comes with the room is very basic, juice and coffee and cereal and such. The location is close to the train station, which is a huge plus. However, the streets are also a bit filled with people hanging out, women seeking companionship, folks that seem to be in the grey area of life, to put it kindly. Many hostess bars and such within 2 or 3 blocks of this hotel, if that is your "thing." Not a place I'd want to take a wife, girlfriend, children, parents, etc., to say the least.

The bathroom door did not lock and the extra bed provided was too soft for a night sleep.

This hotel is conveniently located near the train station. The quadruple room that we stayed on the 4th floor was clean and conveniently - one bed is located on the side giving our teenager son some privacy. On a fair day the room has a view of the snow capped Alps. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating - we stored our ski gear in the hotel storage for 5 days while having a side trip in another city.
