Room wasn't bad it looked clean . Could have smelled a little fresher . Toilet seat was broken we did notify them . Continental breakfast well we drank coffee ☕ and I had a banana and peanut butter . Staff was kind Could hear outside noise from outside and cars racing before going to sleep .Slept good .Beds and pillows new and comfortable.

Room was dusty. Only 3 pillows per bed and they were the size of throw pillows for a couch. Front desk said they didn’t have more. Only working ice machine was on the second floor. Very bright light outside the room that kept it from getting dark. Very loud. People sitting in chairs smoking all day outside of the room next to us. No water with breakfast, and the juice machine was down.

Here’s a more professional and polished version while keeping your meaning clear: > My family and I visited Lake City for a trip, and upon arriving at the hotel, the staff was welcoming and friendly. Initially, the room appeared to be in acceptable condition. However, a few hours later, after the lights were turned off, we began to notice roaches of various sizes, including small, medium, and large. Additionally, the toilet began to overflow after being flushed.

Room and stay were fair at best.. Would of been excellent with 5 stars had not the roaches crawled inside from the outside the door.. Door was not properly sealed.. If the door was sealed like it should then no roach problem would have occured.. Sorry about the low rating!
