The facility or the room we were in had bedbugs when we drew it to their attention they couldn’t help us couldn’t even give us clean linens. We aren’t able to wash clothes cause the water is brown so here I’m assuming how long has it been since you’ve washed their lines because we definitely had them in our room and it was so late when we got in it was too late to do anything Like rent a room for two hours and they couldn’t even accommodate me by renting me a room and then they took my deposit

I had a noisemaker above my room. Not the hotels fault. I have stayed here several times for convenience. It’s a great hotel for staff and cleanliness. However a lot of people hang out around the parking lot.

The property was very clean. The staff were super friendly from the moment I entered. The gentleman noticed I something was wrong with me, he asked was I ok? I told him I had been driving a while and really need to go to the restroom. He directed me to the general restroom on the hall, but he also expedited my checkin gor me to a close room with my elderly mother in mind. This will always be my go to location as long as service continues to be this positive. Also this is my second stay here.

A lot of rules and regulations for this 250 deposit that aren't talked about when checking in...and they actually dig thru ur trash...don't throw an old cigarette in the trash most definitely don't empty a gar in the trash bc that means YOU HAD TO HAVE SMOKED THAT IN THE ROOM.... Seems like a scheme for the workers to split some cash lol
