The pictures on the website are not of the actual hotel. Definitely not worth the price we paid to stay there. Super shady, weird smell, dingy room. Gross.
The hotel owner was very rude and unaccommodating. The location is near a highway and has a reputation in town for drug activity.
I've stayed at places all over the country and never been so disappointed or frustrated with a stay. Where to start. The room was pretty much standard for the price but I noticed that the plug wasnt in the tub and discovered that the reason was probably because the trap in the bathtub was not installed correctly. We noticed random bad ordors as we were getting ready for bed but wrote it off to the travels effects on oiur 15 year old. When I took a bath though the next morning and was drying off, suddenly the bathroom was filled with a really bad odor and I suddenly became extremely ill. My wife (an interior designer) quickly diuagnosed the problem - Sewer gas was coming back up the bathtub drain spout when the water cleared. Very Nasty. Aso, don't expect much for the breakfast offering - stale cereal, rancid waffel mix, a carton of milk and imitation OJ left on the counter, and no staff anywhere to be found. Wow, talk about a place to avoid at all costs!!!!
This was a last minute trip and the hotel was very convenient. It was spacious and clean. Great value.
