We stayed here for 7 days in late April/early May. Our room (391, 9th floor ocean view) was fantastic and extremely roomy. It felt upscale, had everything we needed and great views of the pool and ocean from several rooms. Customer service and maid service was excellent. Location was excellent. No restaurant onsite but tons of choices within walking distance nearby. We had a few issues arise when we were there (door unlocking mechanism needed repair and refrigerator had a temperature regulation issue) but the management/maintenance response was prompt each time---so it's hard to complain. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others. Enjoy!

We stayed at Kaanapali Alii and 7 days - location was great with good access to beach and near shopping. Condos and staff were amazing. Very family friendly. Highly recommended if traveling with 4+ people. Everything is supplied in kitchen and laundry.

We did splurge on 2 bd/ 2 bth ocean view but it was worth it. Full kitchen with upgraded appliances so that we could prepare most of our own meals. Full laundry room with detergent supplied so that we could do laundry. Our section of beach was the nicest that I saw on all of Kaanapali. This place was also the most expensive hotel/ condo that I have ever stayed at as well.

It’s definitely a gorgeous view and our apartment is on a corner so we have mountain views from one side and ocean view the other. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We are here for four nights with our four kids. It’s costing us $5000 for the accomodation, so in my view is not cheap. Tommy who has been the one answering my emails and requests has been lovely. Tommy also kindly booked our car hire. But overall, this resort is disappointing. There are some lovely resorts either side of us, and likely more expensive. The pool is sub par, there is no pool bar, or communal space which frankly is really disappointing. We checked in around 12 and was hoping to have a room ready. They said no, we would have to wait. Would they call us? No....we were to come back. The receptionist was rude. When we came back at 3, got our key and went to our room. There was no assistance offered by the bellman so our four kids and us got our 9 suitcases and made our way up to the room, to find the room being cleaned still. Quite frustrating. We found food at the Westin and it’s close to the Whalers Village. But overall, it’s average and we won’t be coming back. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.

Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly accommodating staff. The reason 3 stars is: there is not shadow area at the beach. You have to buy umbrella every day for $15.00 or shadow chairs for $50.00 per day. They have free chair to use but at 5:45 PM the worker will ask you to get up and collect the chair. Seriously, Hawaii? How about watching sunset? How about in Mexico nobody will pull out the chair if you using it?

Beautiful sand and exceptional waves! There were no rocks, so you could stay shallow and play in the waves or sit on the sand and watch the surfers. Nearby Whaler's Village is a must for lunch and shopping.

WOW! We just got back from a week at the Kaanapali Alii and couldn't have been any happier. The condo and grounds were perfect. The staff is amazing and everything was perfect. We will be going back again next year. If you are looking for a nice condo with no worries on Kaanapali then check this place out..

One bedroom was large and opulent. Den was fitted out as a second bedroom with its own full bathroom. On a great section of beach and the ocean made up for the small and crowded pools. Pool deck is also crowded. Daily maid service was included which is often not the case for condos. No restaurants on site but many within short walking distance. Can charge food to your room at Westin next door, handy for lunch. We were in room 242, partial ocean view as expected but remaining view was Westin parking lot and construction.

Voted #1 beach in the world, countless times. Absolutely beautiful property, The Landscape is a sweeping tropical paradise. The Pools, spas, Bridges, Tike torches, palapas, and far to much to mention! The units are unmatched by any other. They are truly a Maui "Home away from home"!

We have visited Maui over 10 times and our son bought us this amazing trip for Xmas 2017. We stayed at the Alii in March 2018 and needless to say it was by far the best beach front location. Talk about feeling pampered. Our son paid for this week long stay and we did feel terribly guilty since we seldom stay in the condo during the day--out and about the island. We also eat as much of the local cuisine that we can locate and never use the kitchen but did use the fridge. Everything was very clean. Beautiful place--inside our condo and outside. The one thing I really remember about this condo is the water temp when you get into the shower. It was set at 92 degrees and was simply luxurious. Never had a place (including our home) that had a shower hot water regulator! Nice (just an aside).
