close to the ocean...good area. Many stores around this area.

Off the beaten path, quiet and right on the beach. Simple, easy and affordable with a good service. More of a homey feeling than the hustle and bustle and confusion of one of the top dollar resorts. No a/c, but the rooms are well ventilated and its just a great feeling breathing fresh air all night instead of canned air.

There were amenities that the condo owners had in their places that we utilized (such as extra beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs). The locations of the two condos unfortunately were near the street where we could hear car traffic, service trucks and garbage removal.

We had a great ocean view! So, the lack of air conditioner and a none working fan in a bathroom were not too bad after all.

Close to the beach. Walking distance to shops. great location would recommend to a friend.

I can’t believe I was charged for a room in the condition it was. I think any inspector would condemn it The bathroom door and bedroom door or sliders that when Harley clothes. The floor was all wet spongy carpet. Doors were missing on the cabinets. Rust all over the fridge. We upgraded for a charge. Can’t believe we were even charge the first three nights for the room it was so bad

Ceiling Fans didn't work (a problem when there was no a/c), beds were hard as rock, very old decor & old & worn sheets/couch pillows. Bathroom tub & drains were rusted, shower drain didn't drain properly. Was told that there was no room service to get new bath towels or change of sheets for the 9 days we were there. Was told that we had to buy any extra toilet paper or toiletries (initial supply was 2 rolls of toilet paper. No fully closing doors on bathroom or bedrooms, just sliding doors that were not held in place & banged around with any wind. Jackhammering outside our lanai for the week, which was not disclosed when we booked the hotel.

Very nicely kept, right on the beach looking out to the ocean from the Balcony. And sleeping with sound of the swell hitting the beach is just perfect

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights before moving to Westin. Obviously, there is a great difference between the two that I can't even compare. The bathroom sliding door kept falling off the track. The hotel is close to the beach, shopping and farmers market. The front desk was very friendly. The ocean is just behind the resort, but no access. However, the public ocean park is just couple of minute walk away. Times market, ABC store and other shopping are nearby.

Condo was clean. 1 BDE w/foldout/full kitchen. Min Resort fees added $152 to Orbitz bill. Room 120 nice, quiet, garden view.

Great place for vacation. Everything are near. Ocean is wonderful. Room isgreat

I want to start off saying that this hotel has "NO A/C" so be careful what month you plan on going. I was really surprised when my family members told me no A/C while I was checking in. It's not on their website that this hotel provides no A/C. I was disturbed at the beginning but receptionist lady was really sweet and arranged for me to get 2 fans. Turns out it gets really breezy at night and it turned out to be a great hotel.

Big flat, nice House with beautiful garden, Turtles nearby. We had a great time staying at this place.

It's peaceful and relaxing for a week long vacation, close to everything like stores and activities, also the hotel so close to ocean that's we can hear the waves all day and night. It's a nice place to stay to relax with a good book and enjoy the beautiful view of both sunrise and sunset too.

Our room overlooked the ocean and was a spectacular experience.

Things have changed since my first stay here (9 years ago) now there is a cleaning fee and if you want clean towels, you must pay $10 for each set. If you want the sheets changed you pay for that too. All this on top of the $139 cleaning fee. I do not care for the added costs but the good outweigh the bad.

Thank you for your review and we hope to see you again! We recommend staying in our ocean front rooms next time as they don't have any of the road background noise. Mahalo.

Aloha, We apologize if you were unhappy with the carpet, doors and fridge in your room. Each accommodation is individually owned. We will try our best to convince the owner of the room to update and renovate. We're glad you were upgraded and hope that the rest of your stay was enjoyable. We will work to improve upon the issues you've mentioned. Mahalo for the feedback!
