This is the third time we have stayed on this property, because we enjoy the grounds and terrific location in downtown Lahaina, but previously we rented from private owners. In the past, the basic supplies were provided for our entire stay. Under Outriggers management, there were limited supplies for a 2-week stay. Parking on location should be included for the price paid, and street parking is sometimes available.

It was close to Front St, so we could walk down to restaurants and shopping. Stress and hassle free!

Booked 2 kings and a queen sofa-bed, got 1 king and 1 queen and queen sofa-bed.

Quiet, Nice grounds, good pool, nice units. However, there were tiny black mites all over the couches and the countertops. Also, the web indicated that the units had a SAFE. They did not and when I asked I was told that they had not had safes in years. We also had issues with internet access as the equipment had changed but due to COVID they had not had time to update the instructions. However, overall the units are nice.

There was no costumer service at all. You don’t see any employee on site if you need help or if you have any questions! They have 1 person at front desk only from 8-4 and that’s where you will pay your parking pass. You are on vacation, you leave early and you come back late! And they keep putting violation notice in your car if you don’t pay and threatens to tow the car away.

Bed customer service and not clean. When I arrived the hotel to check in around 2:45pm, the receptionist says I have to wait and they will call me. The hotel check in time is 3pm. They didn't all me so I ask to get the room key at 3:05pm. I got into the room at 3:10pm. They were still cleaning. The room smells really bed like Clorox everywhere and lots of dust and dish drying rack was so dirty as well. Master bedroom AC didn't work during I stay. I requested to fix it in the morning around 10 am, but they called me back around 5:30pm and fixed it very late afternoon. Convenient location ,close to the town and If you go to church, it's right next to the hotel.

Spacious, lots of parking, parking was expensive, window ac loud, liked having washer dryer in unit. Thought cleaning fee high as we kept place neat and clean.

“Liz” at the front desk is horrible. Very rude and condescending. Tried to ask for more detergent and rolled her eyes asking “more”

The fact you could walk to most everything was great. Only thing we did not like was the fact that at check out we found out they charged almost $18 per day for parking on the resort grounds. No maid service at all unless you pay for it and a mandatory $250 cleaning fee at the end, so there was an additional $400 in charges at checkout that we were not aware of at the time of booking.

Clean and quiet. Walking distance to the beach, shops, movie theater.

They should tell you about the parking fees and mandatory cleaning fee upfront.

Perfect condo for our needs. 2 bedroom with king size beds + bathrooms + pull out bed in living room couch. Great having a washer/dryer inside the unit considering the cleaning was not an included daily service. The extra charge in cleaning fees was for cleaning after we left. The front desk was very accommodating is giving extra toiletries along with detergent to do our wash ... all we needed to do was make a trip to the front desk and they would provide it. The unit was nice, although had to carry luggage up the stairs to get to it. Wonderful having a kitchen... stove was older and electric so took a little getting used to. Also, bumped into the infinity pool in the back (not the front pool) which was very nice & relaxing. Paid the extra daily fee to park in the lot although there did seem to be some street parking available without a fee and a little walking. Enjoyed our stay and great for a family of 5!

I've stayed at this hotel probably 6 times before; it's a great property, within walking distance of the best parts of Lahaina (the old town area, restaurants, shopping). Suites are spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, and appealing in a quietly elegant Hawaiian way. Facilities are well maintained, staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. It is not an inexpensive stay, as one might expect, given all the above. But - and this is a big but - the 'nickel and dime' management mentality that demands $225 for cleaning and $17.50 a night for parking is offensive, to say the least. We stayed 5 nights in a 2 bed, 2 bath unit, but I'm told the cleaning fee applies for even one night, in any size unit. As for parking, many properties charge for that - something to be expected where there is competition for spaces, or where interlopers try to sneak a free spot - but Aina Nalu has ample parking, which I've never seen full. Nearby, both paid lots and street parking are available, so it is unlikely anyone who does not belong would want to park in Aina Nalu's parking areas - which are actually rather inconveniently located, UNLESS you're staying there.

Good location if you want to stay west side of Maui

Nice stay. Pools were nice, staff was friendly and condo was clean. Will definitely stay there again!!

We were in town for a wedding so didn't really spent much time at the hotel!

Excellent location. 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with full kitchen & washer & dryer made traveling a lot easier for my family.

Quite hotel and convenience to walk to shop, but don't park inside hotel.

Enjoy my stay every time. Close to all the tourist shops and eateries. Parking is steps away from your room. Not like the big hotels.
