The staff were courteous and responsive. The meals at the restaurant is quite nice. And the environment is quite secure. Although i think the structures and facilities in the hotel need some improvement/ upgrades. I would say I got good value for my money

The bathrooms were terrible. The gym was disgusting. Wifi service was not strong enough. I was placed in a mediocre room on the first night of arrival instead the room I paid for.
