All the house was for us because there is no one more accommodate at that time. Very nice and beautiful place, near the downtown. Concert in the evening for free for people accomodate in the guesthouse. You can made your lunch/dinner/breakfast in the common kitchen. The only contra is that the bedroom has no shower, so we have to go to the common bathroom for shower.

Our stay was so cozy, the evening was lively and full of great music and good vibes. The balcony was a perfect spot to relax, and we will miss it!

Well located charming house

Good location, cute house with porch and small garden, with a music bar on the property. House in need of TLC, I was afraid we’d walk through the wooden floor in some places! Music bar was really great! Did not appreciate remote check-in and lack of info. Only found drink tickets for the bar plus garden door keys when checking out

This property is unique in that it's a house with shared common spaces. Shared spaces include the kitchen, family room and dining room. It's connected to a music venue through the kitchen. We came to see a musician and it was delightful that he was hanging out in the kitchen with us between sets!

L'accueil fut difficile car vous n'avez personne surplace. Les chambres sont accessibles avec un code qui fonctionne une fois que deux. Le concert a commencé tard, notre chambre donnais sur la terrasse. Nous avons entendu crié jusqu'à deux heures du matin. Nuit très compliqué. Nous pensions réserver une auberge pour rencontrer du monde finalement nous avons croisé personne. Le prix est très cher pour le peu de confort que vous trouverez.

This home is a beautiful, historic home. It is a unique experience to be sure. I was a little concerned with the neighborhood when we pulled in, but once inside was happy about my choice. The only troubles we had really came from the unusually cold weather. We do not normally need space heaters, but this is an old home and the breakers kept tripping.

Worst Ever!

In all my extensive travelsI have never written a poor hotel review ever but feel I wanna warn people. If I wanted to stay in the dump, I would not be paying almost $300 for two nights. Instructions were to park in the lot across the street with the yellow fence however, there were towing signs all along there with another business’s name so I didn’t want to risk it and had to park on the street. I did not receive a check in text after confirming my reservation. I wandered back to the bar area. The bartender had to text the manager to get the code for me to enter. He was very nice, but it’s not secure if someone’s got your entry code and room code on their phone. I texted management that I have not received check-in information and they finally sent the code to me later in the day There is no shower. This was not disclosed in any of the information I read. I would not think to ask if a shower existed when I’m paying top dollar for a stay. Alas. I followed up with the manager, a second time with questions and received zero response. I guess he already had my money so… The place smelled musty and moldy when I walked in. The bed was extremely lumpy. Floors were dirty and gritty. The freezer had a disgusting plastic ice mold. Well, I knew there was a bar in the back of the building. I did not expect the walls to be paper thin. The music was so loud the entire place shook. There are so many better options in Lafayette. Don’t be fooled by the photos.

We have stayed here a few times and although its basically a hostel so thats what our expectation is based on there was broken front door lock, no clear alternative how to enter property after being out and dead roaches on floor. There was no window covering in bathroom window and door to bathroom was difficult to keep closed so anyone in line at borden could see ypu naked if ypu were exiting or standing in bathroom.

It was amazingly clean and super comfy. Great location and is in the middle of events like Mardi Gras parade. They are a contactless establishment but very easy to check in and thorough with what to do and always can be contacted during your stay by text and responds quickly. Loved that the salon was on property but is alittle noisy when trying to go to sleep but didn’t really bother us .
