Great Location!
This home has 2 spacious bedrooms with queen beds and walk-in closets. The kitchen is fully stocked with newer appliances. There is a separate laundry room for your convenience. The sunroom is large enough for entertaining and comes with a four-stool bar, mini-fridge and outdoor covered porch. Enjoy watching your favorite movies, news and sports on Sling TV. The garage will not be available, but the 2-car driveway gives you plenty of room to park vehicles and golf carts. The Villages golf cart rental is less than one mile away. Guest passes are available upon request and allow guests the use of all The Villages pools, recreation centers and paid golf.

Janice is an amazing host. The house is equipped with everything you need. We had Thanksgiving dinner with my Mom and Sister. All the things you need are there. Beds are very comfortable. Wonderful home and convenient to everything in the Villages. The Spanish Square is straight through the 24 hour manned security post. We will return for sure!!

Great property in great location
Janice was the perfect host from booking throughout our stay. The house was just as pictured. Very clean, nicely decorated with everything we needed. The location is ideally located in the heart of the Villages with easy access to Sumter Landing a few miles away and almost walking distance to Spanish Springs. Couldn't have been more prefect for our needs.

Adorable home with extended air condition patio darling neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Walking distance to Spanish square. Cozy diner minutes away...Darrell's diner. Don't leave without trying Darrell's homemade biscuits. Host went out of her way to accommodate our arrival & our stay..plan on returning early April.
