We were here for an extended stay of 2 months. Found the people of Ladispoli very welcoming and friendly. The property is well located between the beach and railway line, which worked very well for commute to Rome and then relaxing by the beach. Our host was very responsive and would recommend this accommodation.

Schöner Ort um Ausflüge nach Rom und Umgebung zu unternehmen. Strand und Bahnhof sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe.

Viel zu überteuert! Preis-Leistung extrem schwach

Für diesen Preis ist das Appartement viel zu überbewertet. Die Küche bzw das Geschirr waren ekelerregend. In der ganzen Wohnung war ein unguter Geruch. Klimaanlage nicht vorhanden, wodurch die Nächte sehr heiß waren. Sessel am Balkon waren unbequem. Mülleimer waren viel zu klein, wodurch sich dann binnen einer Woche der Müll anstaute. Privatsphäre nicht gegeben, da direkt nebenan weitere Balkone sind. Mit einem großen Auto ist die Garage nicht befahrbar, da sie so eng ist. Weiters sind 10€ pro Tag für den Parkplatz viel zu viel! Garage war des Weiteren voll geräumt. Das zweite Schlafzimmer wurde uns abgesperrt, wir hatten keinen Zugang dazu. Das Badezimmer allgemein ist viel zu klein, insbesondere die Dusche ist winzig und ekelhaft. Im Kühlschrank waren Lebensmittel von einem Vorbesucher. Die Anreise war schrecklich, wir konnten den Zugang kaum finden und erst nach langem Telefonieren und suchen konnten wir den Zugang finden. Kann ich absolut nicht weiter empfehlen, einfach für diese Leistung verschwendetes Geld.

Sehr nette Vermieterin. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Kann ich empfehlen. Der Strand ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Delizioso appartamento vicino al mare

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La location molto comoda che consente di arrivare al centro di Ladispoli e al mare in pochissimo tempo. L'appartamento è ben arredato e spazioso, e offre molti comfort. In definitiva siamo molto soddisfatti della nostra permanenza, purtroppo breve, e sono sicuro che torneremo. Alla prossima!
