Welcome to Ladera Ranch! Charming 3 bedroom Townhouse, open floor plan with spacious living room & dining room. Wonderful 3 spacious bedrooms (including master suite), 2 ½ bathrooms, make for a townhome that is both functional and visually appealing. There is also an office niche that offers the desk space! Also, there is indoor laundry! The townhouse is located near the canyon edge, which has its own community pool.

Only guests who are booked will be allowed to stay, and absolutely NO smoking, parties, or excessive noise is allowed. This is a residential neighborhood, and we want to be respectful to the neighbors. Also if you are there from a Tuesday to a Wednesday the trash cans need to be put out and taken back in.

Clean Place & Responsive Property Manager
The property served our needs well and the beds were comfortable. Couple of things that could've improved our experience such as:
1) add an extension to bottom of bedroom doors to keep out the noise because of the noisy nature of having no carpet throughout the home. We worked around the issue by using white noise from our phones.
2) No blender provided so good thing we brought our own travel one.
3) Having more common spices for cooking, as well as items like aluminum foil and plastic shrinkwrap. We really appreciated having some coconut oil in the cupboard which came in handy for dinner prep.

Perfect family spot!
My daughter got married and 5 of our family came from Chicago to the wedding. We needed a quiet spacious place to rest and refresh during our 4 days in Orange County. This home was the ideal place - great location, quiet neighborhood, lovely home! Highly recommend! Thank you for sharing your place with us. ❤️
