The Blue Room: Queen bed & full European style bath, Cable Flat Screen TV, In-Room Hotel Safe large enough for a 17" Laptop, Mitsubishi Split A/C Heating Unit, and Bedside Refrigerator. There are two bedrooms available (each listed separately) plus am 800 sq ft loft with optional Queen Size 4-Poster Bed. Guests have access to the entire main level PLUS full use of the Gourmet Kitchen! Max. 2 adults per room, SORRY No Children under 10, No Pets, Non-smoking home, No open flames. Price includes 9% NH Room Tax. GLBT friendly.

***For your health and safety each week we use a UV-C Sanitizing Wand on the hard and soft surfaces to help eliminate germs, bacteria, viruses, fungus, mold and dust mites.***
