Like the always white front-back pages of the books, before and after the text, they are placed to protect the work itself.... this villa was protection and refuge for the soul of a Turin lady who loved literature and art, her beloved animals, her flowers and her books that accompanied her until, as a centenarian, she passed away a few years ago.
Today the villa, totally renovated according to current needs, maintains its original soul and character and is offered to a qualified clientele capable of appreciating its true beauty.

THE EXTERIORS:
The villa is located in one of the most beautiful and panoramic places in Ischia, on the Monte Vico hill overlooking the marina.
Both from the large, lush garden and from the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view, enjoying an aperitif at sunset, or at night when all the lights of the island shine, creating a setting that is nothing short of magical.
The multi-level garden is a true triumph of vegetation with centuries-old trees, from the wonderful cortaderia to the sterlizia, from the exuberant bougainvillea to the giant succulents. It feels like being in one of those wonderful exotic gardens.
To delight our guests, at the back of the villa, a warm and welcoming thermal bath, whose water flows directly from the local thermal spring.
Finally, a barbecue area equipped with table and chairs for those who love cooking on the grill.
INTERIORS:
If the exteriors are wonderful, when you enter you are truly breathless. Hand-painted majolica in all rooms, precious ceramics everywhere, period furniture, refined textiles, carefully selected objects, all to make our guests' stay as comfortable as possible.
The villa consists of a double living room with fireplace, a large dining area, a service bathroom, a large kitchen with table and chairs, 4 double bedrooms and 4 en suite bathrooms.

To make our guests' stay even more pleasant even on cooler evenings, alpaca duvets - Alpakino - are available thanks to the alpaca breeding that the current owners have in our Dolomites.
Alpakino, in addition to guaranteeing warm rest and soft relaxation, ensures respect for animals, the use of green energy and a low environmental impact.
