Just minutes away, you can enjoy the beaches of Lacanau Océan, easily reached by a forest cycle path (5 km)—perfect for cycling and hiking enthusiasts.



Set in a traditional Landes villa full of character, the offered apartment is an independent unit resulting from the division of Villa Etchola into two distinct parts. Fully renovated in 2014, it elegantly combines traditional architecture with a contemporary touch, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.



Its unique layout—with adjoining rooms, cozy alcoves, and open spaces—makes it a sociable place, especially suited for families. The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests and includes:



- 1 double bed on a mezzanine above the living room, ideal for a couple

- 2 single mattresses (80x190) on a raised platform, partially separated by curtains—perfect for children

- 1 sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping space



Bed linen and towels are not provided—bed linen rental available for an extra fee. Fully equipped kitchen. Modern bathroom. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light. Quality thermal insulation ensures comfort. The open, modern layout lets you enjoy panoramic views of the lake and forest while offering pleasant living spaces.
