Apartment La Comète: This residence located on the Beach Boulevard offers an exceptional seafront location, just 50 metres from the ocean and in the immediate vicinity of shops. Ideal for car-free holidays, it is situated in a lively area, while remaining comfortable thanks to the presence of a lift. The lake is 5 km away, which allows alternating between beach and water activities as desired.



The apartment offers a friendly living space with a bright living room, fitted with a table and chairs, a sofa and a television. The kitchenette area, integrated into the living room, is equipped with a sink, electric hotplates, a refrigerator, a microwave oven as well as storage with crockery and kitchen utensils. An independent bedroom has a double bed of 140 cm and a wardrobe, offering a pleasant sleeping area. A sleeping area at the entrance, with two bunk beds, allows children or friends to be accommodated with simplicity.

Nous avons choisis cet appartement pour la magnifique vue sur l'océan/coucher de soleil et son emplacement dans le centre et la plage à 30 mètres. Malheureusement c'était très bruyant. La chambre donne sur l'arrière des restaurants donc il y a les grosses machines d'aération qui font du bruit en permanence, toute la nuit.. Le salon donne sur le centre, le matin dès 6h jusqu'à 11h il y a les camions en livraison froides qui laissent le moteur donc très bruyant aussi en ayant les fenêtres ouvertes. Il faut aussi s'attendre à entendre la musique jusqu'à minuit tous les jours car il y a une scène installée juste devant l'appartement, même les fenêtres fermées on entend. Si vous prenez cet emplacement, ce n'est pas pour la tranquillité mais pour l'emplacement et la vue sur océan !
