The house has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning, heating, WiFi, satellite TV, washing machine and dishwasher provide additional comfort.
The outdoor area is an oasis of relaxation: a 50 m² pool with a slide, sun loungers, parasols, a children's playground, a covered terrace and a lawn invite you to linger. The 1,700 m² completely fenced property guarantees privacy and a well-maintained garden, awarded in 2015 for its design. Pets are welcome, separate smoking is not permitted.
The location offers an ideal mix of nature and activities: Beaches are 3.5 km away, restaurants, supermarkets and leisure activities such as water sports, boat trips, cycling, tennis, paintball, horse riding and wine tasting are nearby.
