The front desk and kitchen staff were excellent. The distance to callaway gardens was great. Breakfast had lots of options and was well stocked. Very quiet and convenient to the highway. Cleaning crew could use training on not leaving hairs. There were long hairs in the shower and on my pillows. The room door was extremely difficult to open and close. The elevator moved before the doors closed.

There is some black mold around the doors of the shower and there is an accumulation of dust and dirt on the exposed plumbing pipes that was a turn off. This hotel and its location has been great for me as I travel through the area, but the lack of attention to these kind of details may make me start looking for somewhere else to stay when I am in the area.
