Detached house with large garden of 700m² in its natural state, comprising equipped kitchen, a bright living room surrounded by bay windows and opening onto the south-facing terrace. A small bedroom: 2 beds of 70cm with a small bathroom: a shower, a washbasin and toilet. A second bedroom a bed of 140cm, a second bathroom with shower and washbasin. A second separate toilet. Car parking space on the land.
Location 150m from the beach and 1000m from the town center.
EQUIPMENT: vacuum cleaner, television, fridge-freezer, washing machine, small oven, microwave, 4 electric burners, electric coffee maker, WIFI.
The end-of-stay cleaning is to be done by the tenant. Cleaning option on reservation 70 euros.
