The spacious interior features a welcoming living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and TV. A baby cot and high chair are available for families with young children.



The outdoor area is the villa’s highlight: a pool secured by a rolling cover, 8 sun loungers, lush garden, several sunny terraces, and a petanque court with boules provided. Enjoy total relaxation in the open air of Arcachon Bay.



Just a 5-minute walk to the beach and coastal path. The majestic Dune du Pilat is 10 minutes away. Shops, restaurants, amusement park, and bike rentals are all nearby.

Séjour agreable en famille.

Nous avons logé une semaine complète, 2 couples (4 adultes, 1 enfant et 1 ado). La maison est parfaitement equipé, aussi bien en interieur, qu'en exterieur. La maison est au calme et la localisation est parfaite pour les activités et commodités. Un plus pour la piscine équipée d'une pompe a chaleur ce qui permet d'en profiter meme les jours couverts. Seul bémol, l'accès aux 2 chambres en sous-sol est perfectible ; la cage d'escalier type "cave de grand-mere" et le passage par le garage pour aller se coucher n'est pas des plus agreables.

We enjoyed this beautifull and charming house. Very new and modern design and all equient was there! Lovely swimmingpool, garden and different teracces. Few shops and restaurant in the neighbourghood. By bike la Teste, beach and Arcachon easy reachable. We really recommand this holiday house!
