Casa de vacaciones Renata -Vacanze y turismo en La Spezia

Piso totalmente reformado en junio de 2014. De 80 metros cuadrados, además de un jardín exterior.

Situado en una zona residencial, el apartamento está en la planta baja y es totalmente accesible sin necesidad de ascensores. El coche / moto está dentro de la propia finca. En áreas fuera de la tarifa de aparcamiento de todos modos. La residencia ofrece la posibilidad de pasar unas vacaciones en una zona tranquila, a poca distancia de las Cinque Terre.

La cocina completa, sala de estar, TV, acceso a internet y un jardín privado son algunos de los servicios presentes en esta sala. El jardín, en particular, se presta a tener las comidas (desayuno, almuerzo o cena) al aire libre.

Las habitaciones, ambas muy espaciosas, son dos habitaciones triples, con una cama doble y una cama individual cada una. Ideal para una familia con niños.

La sala de estar también está equipada con un sofá cama doble, que extiende la capacidad máxima del apartamento a 8 mascotas.

A solo 900 m de la estación de tren (10 minutos a pie) y de los barcos de embarque a las islas y a Portofino, Portovenere y Génova Aquarium. Estructura de cerca de restaurantes con focaccia típica de Liguria y el pescado muy bueno y fresco. En las afueras de La Spezia, el centro histórico está a pocos pasos. A pocos kilómetros del mar. Se puede llegar a Portovenere y Lerici utilizando el cómodo servicio de barco que sale del centro de la ciudad.

Para llegar al apartamento y viajar por la zona, dada la gran proximidad a la estación y al transporte público, no es necesario utilizar un automóvil privado.

Great location - this property was near to the train station and shops for all that we needed. Amazing host- Renata went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable . The beds were really comfortable and the garden was lovely to relax in. We would definitely recommend this property.

Renata is a lovely host and helped us with places to eat, towns to visit and parking the car. We found the beds to be quite uncomfortable however and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Renata provided several drinks in the fridge for us and we were grateful for the washing machine and drying racks.

Beautiful apartment!

We loved our stay in this home. It was large and well equipped for our family. The host is wonderful and very helpful. This was a perfect spot for a home base while we explored La Spezia, Porto Venere and Cinque Terre.

We really enjoyed staying at Rensta’s.. Her location is within a residential neighborhood that is a short walk to restaurants, a grocey store, and a specialty food store. It is close to the train station to take you to the Cinque Terre. The kitchen had all we needed to fix our breakfasts. The bathrooms were modern, and Renata was super friendly and helpful when needed. We would stay there again.

Great help from Renata!

Renata was a great host, leaving us pastries the morning after we checked in and suggesting things to do on a few rainy days. A great spot for a base for exploring Cinque Terre.

This was the best & most comfortable place we had in our five rentals in Italy. The place is modern, updated & clean!! Has a beautiful backyard area to relax in. Renata was the ultimate and most gracious host. She picked us up at the airport, took us to the property provided us a tour of the house, plentiful information for tours near the area, provided us umbrellas since we were going to have a rainy day as well as suggestions for eating out, transportation, and then dropped us off at the airport when we left.

Great place to stay!

Renata was a great host. She was available to us at all times. She even made dinner reservations for us a few times. Gave us some great suggestions of places to visit that turned out to be the highlight of our stay. Easy walk to the train station and lots of restaurants and grocery shopping near by.

Perfect Base for Exploring Cinque Terre

We had a lovely 3-night stay at Renata's place in La Spezia. It’s a great home base for exploring Cinque Terre — close enough to the action, but peaceful enough to unwind after a full day of sightseeing. The apartment had everything we needed to cook meals and relax. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the train station and just steps from a supermarket, which was super convenient. Renata is warm, friendly, and kind — she made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend!

The best house in La Spezia

The host made us feel so welcome and comfortable in her house, the rooms and facilities were more than comfortable. Advice from Renata made travel and sight seeing along the Cinque Terre and Port Venere so enjoyable with lunch recommendations and detailed transport options. A hop to Cinque Terre

Renata was a wonderful host. The property location is ideal. Easy to use bus and train to Cinque Terre , Pisa . Penney Market and Plus Trattoria very close for groceries or just some special treats. Local fruit and vegetables are the best. We had the best experience and we plan to return.

Simply the perfect host

Lovely house and garden, just 10 minute walk from the train station. Spacious house in a very quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Our hostess was so nice and friendly and went above and beyond to help us anyway she could. Highly recommended.

Great base for exploring South Ligurian Coast

Renata was lovely and met us outside her property as we arrived. She was a huge help with where to go/park in surrounding towns. No tourists in area - you feel part of local community Suite was spacious and clean Lovely back patio with table and chairs Locked/gated parking at end of street City has lovely waterfront and park - vibrant Great spot for taking off to the Cinque Terre (by car, train or boat) and more northern towns/villages. Could use some newer beds/mattresses but comfortable enough. We had a wonderful stay.

Great stay in la Spezia!!

We had an amazing stay at Renata’s place! She was an incredible host! Renata picked us up at the train station as well as dropped us off. Gave us a quick tour of La Spezia and took us to a small town for a swim and some amazing sites. Her home was well equipped, clean and in a good location. Thanks again for allowing us to use your home and I hope you will visit us in the US soon!!

Great Host, good location.

Great stay. Renata was super helpful and arranged for reservations for diner when we asked for help. It is less than 20 min to the train station to Cinq Terre. Rooms are spacious and it is nice to have 2 bathrooms. The AC worked great. Supermarket and bakery are 2 min walk! We stayed there 4 nights. Renata was kind enough to have cold wine, a few beers and snacks when we arrived. We were very grateful!

Treated like family

From the moment we arrived we felt comfortable. Renata went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean and the garden was perfect for having a glass of wine and relaxing. She went as far as driving us to the train station, making 2 trips (8 luggages and 4 travellers.Highly recommended.

Recanta was amazing! She was like a mother who wanted to take care of you. Went above and beyond to pick me and my family up from the station, which I'm very thankful for. Her house was amazing from the bedding to amenities to the walkable markets and the train station. The area was very scenic as well, with beautiful views and the proximity to Cinque Terre. You won't regret your stay here!

Great experience

Our family really enjoyed this property in Le Spezia. We arrived really late on a train, yet Renata (our host) arranged her colleagues to meet us and acquaint us with the property. The patio was lovely to eat breakfast on and there was plenty of space for our family of six. Renata was even kind enough to stock our fridge with a few food items for breakfast! This location worked very well for us to do a day trip in Cinque Terra and we would definitely recommend it.
