Propreté de l hébergement qui laisse a désirer. Toiles d araignées de partouts. Chasse d eau qui fonctionne quand elle veux. Douche pas de porte ni support de pommeau de douche. Lave vaisselle douteux au niveau du fonctionnement. Barbecue complÚtement détruit juste bon pour mettre le feu a la garrigue. Balançoire qui ne sert strictement a rien.Bache de la piscine sale comme c'est pas permis. Une épuisette pour 2 piscines celle du voisin et celle de la location.Chalet mitoyen et voisin non respectueux du voisinages. Cloture électrique et fils barbelés non stipulé sur l annonce et dangereux, ma fille est restée sur le carreau. Sur l annonce il est stipulé seiche linge alors que cest juste un étendoirs a linge. En gros cest un logement a fuir.

Le logement est au calme, le village et la riviÚre accessibles en vélo. La piscine est superbe avec une vue magnifique sans aucune pollution visuelle. Et un terrain de pétanque pour parfaire les soirées d'été. Nous avons passé un tres beau séjour en famille. Noud'été in de pétanque

La localisation du gßte est trÚs bien, environnement calme. Coin piscine et extérieur tres agréable, balancoires
 AccÚs individuel au gßte mais qui est mitoyen, dans les chambres vous entendez ceux qui ont le gßte d à cÎté. La propreté laisse à désirer, maillot de bain des prédécesseurs, meubles de la cuisine collants. En cas de chaleur, il fait trÚs chaud dans les 2 chambres du haut, celle du bas est confortable.

Maison, jardin et piscine tres agréables. La maison est idéalement située : la roque gageac a pied, tres beau sentier de randonnée a cÎté de la maison et la Dordogne toute proche.

Maison et piscine agréables mais mitoyenneté

Maison trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, propre et spacieuse avec de grandes chambres. Le jardin est grand, avec terrasse ombragĂ©e, balançoire, terrain de pĂ©tanque et dispose dans les hauteurs d’une piscine trĂšs agrĂ©able avec transats. La maison est bien situĂ©e, proche de la Roque et des commoditĂ©s mais Ă©galement un bon point de dĂ©part pour des excursions. M. De Cuebber est disponible et prĂ©venant. Le hic non mentionnĂ© dans l’annonce : la maison est mitoyenne, et si elles disposent d’entrĂ©es et de parkings individuels, nous avons malheureusement subi les rĂ©veils plus matinaux de nos voisins, que nous entendions, sans qu’ils ne soient pour autant bruyants, ce pendant les deux semaines de notre sĂ©jour. La mitoyennetĂ© mĂ©riterait d’ĂȘtre clairement prĂ©cisĂ©e dans l’annonce.

piscine parfaitement entretenue. Accueil professionnel et sympathique avec disponibilité du gérant . La maison garde trÚs bien la fraicheur au rez de chaussée en cas de forte chaleur - région superbe.
