Shorter than planned
No address for property until we asked on afternoon of the previous day when due to arrive. Late arrival 8pm due to an accident on road. Then learned agency closed and to collect key at agency office. Took 30 minutes to locate office. A man was still in office and who did not speak English handed over a bunch of keys. Found the property.
Used toilet roll and used bar of soap complete with hair in the soap n bathroom. Horror. No sheets, duvet cover, pillow cases. Had to lie on a mattress cover all night on a used pillow. Went to the office next morning to be shown a short line in a blurb of words that sheets towels pillow cases etc had to be hired. Already paid over the odds to have no bedding. Handed back the keys and left. I will never use this company again nor will anyone else that I can talk to. Totally unsuitable for short stay holiday makers. Thank goodness for the vrbo rep in Dublin who at least got us a property address as we sailed out of Dublin port. Never again.
