Lovely little studio apartment. Very thing you need for a few nights stay. 20 min walk into the centre of La Rochelle easy along the walkways. One negative is that the apartment is advertised as having AC. This isn’t the case it’s a ceiling fan. Overall good stay thank you

Le descriptif correspond complĂštement au bien. L’accueil de Nathalie est trĂšs agrĂ©able . Le bien est trĂšs fonctionnel, bien Ă©quipĂ© et suffisant pour 2 personnes. Il est trĂšs bien situĂ© : Ă  30 minutes Ă  pied du vieux port et centre de La Rochelle ; il permet Ă©galement d’ĂȘtre en retrait des animations, pour ne pas ĂȘtre gĂȘnĂ© par les nuisances diverses. Sa proximitĂ© de la rocade permet aussi de sortir de l’agglomĂ©ration rapidement. Seul point nĂ©gatif, la proximitĂ© du trafic de l’avenue Jean Monnet, qui ne permet pas de profiter en silence, de la terrasse, qui par ailleurs, est trĂšs grande ( idĂ©al pour sĂ©chage linge). Nous recommandons vivement aux futurs vacanciers ce bien proposĂ© Ă  la location.

nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le studio est idéalement situé nous avons posé la voiture vendredi en arrivant et l'avons reprise seulement en repartant. Nous avons tout fait à vélo ou à pieds.
