Originally a fishing village founded in the 10th century, it took only two millennia to become an important port. Its dominance in maritime trade lasted until the 15th century. But her rebellious spirit was not to the King's liking and she succumbed to the siege of Richelieu in the sixteenth century. Despite its loss of independence, La Rochelle continues its economic growth through the centuries to the present day thanks to its proximity to the ocean, still at the centre of maritime trade.

Vraiment très bien

Joli petit appartement avec une grande terrasse et une place de parking invisible de l'extérieur. Quartier tranquille proche du centre-ville pour un marcheur normal. Bien placé pour circuler vers d'autres lieux.
