Anything but a premier host

The property is beautiful. We enjoyed it so much. The property managers are another story and not worth the aggravation we experienced. It's a group in the Coachella Valley and they are quite full of themselves and not very professional. Supposedly they sent paper work we were supposed to fill out in advance. They didn't write us this through VRBO and when we called VRBO to get instructions to enter they couldn't contact them either. I spent an hour on the phone before escalating the problem to a supervisor. They were going to put us up in another hotel for one night until they could contact the property management firm for this property. This firm is arrogant and basically told us that we should have filled out a form sent to us a month ago. Obviously, if we had received it, we would have. The property is beautiful but the management company is not worth the trouble. VRBO personnel were not up on the requisite paper work needed for the property nor did they know how to contact them. Unecessary stress for an expensive rental. Trash was still in the kitchen but they took care of it right away.

Beautiful Location

The property is a perfect setup with common space below and bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen was a nice size and it was nice to have a little backyard instead of just a patio. The master bathroom had 4 of the 6 lightbulbs not working above the sinks so the bulbs need to be replaced. Also there was tree trimming done around the property starting around 7:30am for 3 days in a row which went on for hours each day, but that is the resort keeping up the landscaping before high season starts.

awesome family/adult resort spot

great space for adults to socialize , indoors and out. nice location, quiet, away from tennis and other sounds, private yard well equipped, rooms were all comfortable and spacious. one cautionary note: two prescription capsules were found on the floor in front bedroom. may alert cleaning staff. this was a concern because there was a toddler present. also we had to wait for cleaners to finish, the place was not ready at 4pm. none of this bothered a great stay. would recommend to friends and rent again

Wonderful well appointed property. Rented again for next year... You did a wonderful Job on the remodel and the location is the best there is.... IMO

La Qunita April 2022

Great location--walk to La Qunita Resort or Pete Dye golf courses. Well-appointed. Nice quiet small yard in back. A few small things can be improved. One leaky shower, one shower that can't drain as fast as the water comes in the shower, main TV is not a smart TV so you can't watch your streaming services on it and lastly the housekeeping service left a couple of small things unfinished prior to our arrival.

Good stay

Happy with our stay here. Had a couple of small glitches (TV input not working on arrival, got locked out once) but property manager sorted these out promptly. Kitchen wasn’t as well equipped as other rentals we’ve stayed in so we bought a few items. Property was nicely cleaned for our arrival and we were comfortable throughout our stay.

Beautiful condo in La Quinta

Enjoyed this condo. Everything was included & available. Had a plumbing problem on a Sunday & it was addressed & repaired. Neighborhood is quiet & upscale with beautiful mountain views for your daily walk.
