The setting of this gorgeous 2 bedroom condo is nothing short of spectacular! Located on the tee box of the third hole on the Palmer private golf course, your back patio offers hours of entertainment watching the golfers, SOARING mountain views and wonderful privacy with the golf cart path on the opposite side of the fairway.

The beautiful living room with comfortable, modern decor and a full wet bar is located right near the back patio allowing natural light to stream in and offering gorgeous golf course and mountain views as you kick back and watch the smart tv.

There is a large dining room table in the open concept living/dining area that seats up to 8 people.

Cable television is provided in the living room and master bedroom.

Each bedroom has its own full bath and smart television.

The private courtyard features beautiful landscaping and has plenty of room for dinner al fresco for 6-8 people. An outdoor grill is included.

Features new A/C and air purification system installed in 2021. Tankless water heater with instant hot water is an additional upgraded feature. The kitchen includes stainless appliances, 5 burner stove, granite countertops and ceramic tile flooring.

Lovely condo

We loved the location and enjoyed the view from the patio. The condo is wonderful. Very clean and was well equipped with everything we needed. Our host was always prompt getting back to us and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this condo.
