This Santa Fe-style home also has a 2 car garage, private pool & spa. The 1,928 sq ft home has an open floor plan. Featuring, high ceilings, plantation shutters, ceiling fans & Saltillo tile. Entertain outside in a private courtyard lined with citrus trees & west-facing views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Enjoy a modern kitchen with bar stool seating. The master bed offers a Tempur-Pedic mattress, TV, Spanish-style en-suite bathroom & walk-in closet. 2 guest bedrooms share a “Jack & Jill” bathroom with 2 sinks, a bathtub, and a shower. All beds have Parachute Home & Casaluna linen sheets. MAY CONSIDER PETS PLEASE CALL FIRST This home requires a refundable security deposit. The homeowner will pay up to $350 on gas and electric (combined) per month, any overage will be the guest's responsibility.
