Nice independent house of 140m ², South facing, without vis-à-vis. Ground of 1350m ², sported, arranged of plays of children. Private terrace, equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, private parking and carport.
The house has on the ground floor:
an entrance hall, a dining room (Wi-Fi, TV, radio, wood stove, electric heating, sofa bed ,,,) and a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, refrigerator -freezer, microwave ,,,), a separate toilet, a bathroom, a bedroom (1 bed 140 cm), a bedroom (2 beds 90 cm).
The house has on the floor:

Excellent séjour dans le Champsaur
Maison très bien située, au pied des Ecrins, face au Dévoluy, plein sud, avec des départs de rando juste à côté. Très fonctionnelle avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et se sentir à l'aise. Un seul détail regrettable: tout est électrique et comme la facture est à la charge des locataires, cela peut vite être important, surtout en hiver! Heureusement qu'il y a la cheminée!

superbe maison au calme
Nous avons loué cette maison à 6 personnes ( la capacité peut être du double) pour les vacances de février. Nous avons passé un super séjour, la maison est très lumineuse, la cheminée très appréciable, très spacieuse avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Le jardin avec vue sur les montagnes est top avec balançoire, toboggan, tourniquet, immenses tables en bois pour déjeuner. Le propriétaire a été très arrangeant pour les heures d'arrivée et de départ. La maison est à 15/20 mn des stations de ski ( nous avons testé Laye et St Léger les Mélèzes qui sont très bien).
A recommander pour se déconnecter de la ville.
