It's a good place it was quite and clean nice place to just hang out, close to everything La Jolla has to offer. Would stay there again and again.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Surf Nest! The house is beautiful and is in a prime location between Bird Rock and Windansea. The neighborhood is quiet, and you’re less than 2 blocks from the ocean and a prime sunset viewing spot! Our hosts were very communicative and check-in was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again, and fully recommend it to others!

Great location within walkable distance (5-10 minutes) to the beach. Centrally located to a lot of different activities in the San Diego area. I would stay again and recommend this property to others.

This is our 3rd time staying at the Surf Nest. Melanie is the best host. Check-in and check out is very easy. The house is always very clean and the pool/patio area is very nice. The bedrooms are spacious along with the kitchen and family room. The house is only a two block walk to the Windandsea Beach. We walked down most nights to watch the sunset. Beautiful way to end your day. Restaurants and coffee shops are an easy walk and the highways are not too far of a drive. We absolutely love the Surf Nest and look forward to our next visit!!

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The host had various snacks and drinks in kitchen and refrigerator-which was a hit with the kids. The place was clean and we had more than enough towels and bathroom supplies. The host was very responsive. We were so close to beach , the location was perfect! We would love to come back !

This surf nest is AMAZING! It is close to Windandsea Beach. We walked down every night to watch the sunset. Great restaurants in the neighborhood. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The grill and pool area is private and perfect for a BBQ. This is our second stay there and we will be back again in the Spring.

Another wonderful stay here. Perfect location to explore the food and beach scene in La Jolla and a close drive to downtown San Diego for the city life. Hosts were very accommodating. We will always want to return!

Our family very much enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, well-appointed and conveniently located. Our host was accommodating and responsive. The pool & patio offered a welcome retreat at the end of each day. All in all, we enjoyed a delightful La Jolla getaway!

Property is wonderful and was perfect for my wife and I as I had work in the area for a week. Loved the short walk to the beach and the outdoor area with a fireplace was just what the doctor ordered to wind down while enjoying dinner outside. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could want as we cooked in most nights, they even have an Instapot which was an added bonus. Bedrooms are well appointed, one with a memory foam queen mattress more on the firm side and the other extremely soft king bed in the master.We are headed back in March for another business trip and were disappointed that it was already booked.

This is a stunning property in the perfect location.There is short walk to the best beaches in La Jolla and an easy walk into town for best restaurants, bars, and coffee shops as well as shopping.The house are phenomenal and the house is absolutely beautifully restored.Would recommend it for anyone interested in the Perfect La Jolla escape

Our stay was great! It was located near many wonderful place to eat. The ocean was a short walk away. The hosts were amazing and very attentive. The kids LOVED the pool. The kitchen was very well stocked. Everything we needed was here. We would most definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Surf’s Nest! The location is unbeatable, and the house was clean, fully stocked, and nicely updated. We enjoyed the pool immensely!Check-in couldn’t have been easier, and the owners provided all the information you could need to enjoy your time there. We had a magical time at the house! We walked to the beach multiple times a day and honestly feel it is the best in the area after checking others out! The pool was great to have and the house has everything you could ever need!
