Holiday home on the outskirts of La Iruela, province of Jaen, Andalucia.

This rustic country house is ideal for two families, being provided with all the comforts and facilities to let you unwind and disconnect, surrounded by the fabulous nature of inland Andalucia. The two-storey house features rustic decoration that mingles with the modern-day comforts to ensure a pleasant stay to all the eight guests.

The ground floor is provided with a dining-living room with fireplace and two sofas, an open kitchen and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Besides, on this floor, you will also find two out of the four bedrooms of the house. The other two are located on the sloping-ceiling first floor; the four bedrooms are all equipped with a double bed each.

The living room is provided with air-con, while radiators provide heating in all the rooms of the house.

The split-level outdoor area features several corners where you can relax in the shadow, sunbathe and make the most of the quietness that envelops this holiday rental. One pergola with an outdoor dining table is located on the upper level, while downstairs, you will find another pergola with an area for "al fresco" dining near the BBQ. The private pool is located on an even lower level. Here, you will have the swimming pool at your disposal, where you can refresh and genuinely enjoy the fabulous weather of inland Andalucia.

The access to the property is possible via a 1-km unpaved lane.

Eine Unterkunft für 10 Personen. Ganz in der Nähe (5 Minuten mit dem Auto) von Burunchel, wo Sie in zwei dortigen Supermärkten einkaufen können. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Ebenen. Auf der ersten Ebene befinden sich die Küche, das Wohnzimmer, 2 Badezimmer und 3 geräumige Schlafzimmer mit Schränken. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine Suite (die beste im Haus), die nachts sehr kühl ist und über ein Badezimmer verfügt. In der obersten Etage befindet sich der Pool, der eingezäunt ist, damit Kinder nicht hineinkommen können.

Esta casa privada en la que hemos estado este verano es espectacular.Está completa de todo y pasamos

Esta casa privada en la que hemos estado este verano es espectacular.Está completa de todo y pasamos un fin de semana de lujo mi familia y yo. Tanto las camas como el sofá cama eran comodísimos. Algunas noches hacíamos barbacoas. Lo que nos sorprendió era su "chiringuito" que nosotros mismos estrenamos que es una cocina en el jardín creada según nos contaron los dueños, para facilitar la comida y bebida a los clientes como nosotros en la piscina y asi no tener que subir a la casa. Por último, decir que nuestro coche también estuvo dentro del recinto y bajo sombra.

hola he pasado una semana en esta maravillosa casa , es una casa preciosa con habitaciones muy confortables , la piscina magnifica los niños disfrutaron mucho igual que nosotros, no le falta de nada y si necesitas algo le falta tiempo a los dueños en llevarlo. Tanto Julio como Mercedes son magnificas personas y muy agradables . Puedes llevar tus mascotas y nosotros volveremos a repetir
